What do they mean “newer” — larger hard drives are perfectly capable on any 64bit operating system. There has been a 64bit version of Windows since the XP days 10 years ago. I don’t know anyone who considers a 10 year old computer to be “newer”. Who writes this stuff? http://goo.gl/grmb3
